国内有机硅耐高温油漆的研发及进展

  4.颜料的影响

  耐高温有机硅涂料的研究不仅仅局限在树脂基料,选择合适的耐温颜填料对涂料的耐温性能也有很大影响。改性有机硅耐高温油漆所用的颜料大多为金属氧化物,如钛白粉、铬铁黑等,它们的存在可以对这些反应起催化作用,能够在主链中形成金属硅氧烷结构。填料大多为硅酸盐型的填料,如滑石粉,云母粉,高龄土等,它们的表面带有少量羟基,能与有机硅树脂的官能基反应。有机硅耐高温油漆一般在400-600度发生较强烈的分解,此时侧链有机基及主链被破坏,在有机基及主链断裂的地方会形成活性中心,这种活性中心进一步与颜填料相互作用,形成新的耐高温涂层,从而提高其耐热性。

  随着军工、航天科技的发展,对涂料耐热性能的要求也越来越高;而且随着人们环保意识的逐渐增强,改性有机硅树脂涂料也将朝着无污染、绿色环保型方向发展。目前对于有机硅耐高温油漆,国内研究集中在室温固化、耐热防腐等方面,但是在水溶性、光固化、紫外固化以及耐更高温度有机硅涂料等方面的研究,与国外相比,还存在较大差距。为此今后应加大无机-有机硅复合耐高温材料、环保型耐高温有机硅材料以及光固化、紫外固化和室温固化方面的有机硅材料制备新技术、新工艺的开发力度。
